摘 要:根据螺旋滚子自身的特点,对其三坐标测量路径进行了规划,给出了截面圆的拟合原理。并依据测量规划结果和测前准备分析,对螺旋滚子进行了三坐标测量。最后对测量的数据进行了异常点去除、数据平滑以及测头误差补偿等预处理。测量过程表明路径规划结果是合理有效的。预处理后的结果也表明,经过预处理的数据曲线更加合理。这些数据为后续螺旋滚子的逆向建模奠定了良好的基础。According to the spiral roller's characteristics,the path of three coordinate measurement was planned and fitting principle of the section circle was given.On the basis of the measurement planning result and analysis of preparation before test,the spiral roller was measured by three coordinate measuring machine.The measurement data were pretreated by abnormity removal,data smoothing and probe error compensation.Measurement process showed that the result of path planning was reasonable and effective.The conclusion could be drawn that the data curve was more reasonable after pretreatment and the data had laid a good foundation for subsequent reverse modeling of the spiral roller.
