摘　　要：分析了在新的医学模式下影响教学质量的诸多实践因素,并提出了如何使用多媒体教学、增强带教意识、加强实验室模拟训练及改变课堂教学模式等措施,以提高妇产科护理教学质量,培养理论知识扎实、实践技能规范、动手能力强、适应临床工作需要的实用型护理人才.This article analyzes various practical factors of teaching quality under the influence of new medical mode, presents the measures such as how to use multimedia teaching, enhance teaching consciousness, strength experimental simulation training and change classroom teaching mode, aims to improve the teaching quality in Obstetrics and Gyne- cology Nursing, and to cultivate the practical nursing talents who have solid theoretical knowledge, standard practical skill, good operational ability and adapt to clinical needs.
