东方胃药胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察东方胃药胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎(HPAG)的效果。方法选择HPAG 120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予标准三联(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素)抗HP治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服东方胃药胶囊,比较两组临床症状改善及HP清除情况。结果两组治疗后症状积分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗后观察组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组HP清除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论东方胃药胶囊可有效缓解HPAG相关症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dongfangweiyao Capsule （DFWYC） in treatment of helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis （HPAG）. Methods A total of 120 patients with HPAG were randomly divided into therapy group （ n = 60） and control group （ n = 60）. The control group was treated with standard anti-HP triple ther- apy （ Omeprazole ＋ Amoxicillin ＋ Clarithromycin） , and the therapy group was treated with DFWYC based on therapy of control group. The improvement of clinical symptoms and HP eradication were compared in the two groups. Results Clinical symptoms scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）, and clinical symptoms score in therapy group after treatment was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the total effective rate in therapy group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the difference of HP eradication rate in two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The difference of incidence of adverse reactions between both groups had not statistical significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion DFWYC may effectively improve clinical symptoms of HPAG.
