军队男性高龄离退休干部帕金森病患病情况及相关因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解军队高龄离退休干部帕金森病(PD)的流行特征。方法 2010年8—12月对驻石家庄市28个部队干休所1086名80岁及以上的离退休干部进行PD患病情况及相关因素调查。结果本组PD总患病率为2.30%。PD患病率与受教育程度的关系未显示规律性变化(P=0.68);同非吸烟者相比,随着吸烟年限的升高,患PD的危险性下降,呈现出剂量反应趋势,但差异无统计学意义(趋势χ2=0.996,P=0.32);以非饮茶人群为对照,饮茶者患PD的危险性降低(OR=0.38,95%可信区间:0.15～0.95,P=0.03)。结论军队干休所高龄离退休干部PD的患病率高于近年国内及欧美国家相关报道;PD患病率与受教育程度及吸烟年限的关系未显示规律性变化,与饮茶呈显著负相关,饮茶可能是PD的保护性因素。Objective To study the prevalence characteristics of Parkinson disease （PD） in elderly male veter- ans. Methods A total of 1086 veterans （at the age of 80 years or over） in 28 military sanatorium in Shijiazhuang city from Augest to December 2010 were performed study of PD prevalence survey and correlation factors. Results The total prevalence rate of PD was 2.30%. There was no significant relationship between prevalence rate and educational level （P = 0. 68 ） ; The incidence rate of PD was reduced with increased smoking duration compared with that in people who did not smoke, which showed dose response trend, but the difference showed no statistical significance （ X2 = 0. 996, P = 0.32）. Compared with the people who never drank tea, the incidence rate of PD was reduced in people who drunk tea （ OR = 0.38, 95% confidence interval： 0.15-0.95, P = 0.03 ）. Conclusion The prevalence rate of PD in elderly vet- erans is higher than those in domestic and Euramerican report in recent years; there may be no significant relationships between prevalence rate with educational level and smoking duration, but prevalence rate has a significant negative corre- lation with drinking tea. Drinking tea may be a protection factor of PD.
