华北地区军队(武警部队)国防生考生口腔健康状况及相关因素调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解华北地区报考军队(武警部队)国防生生源的口腔健康状况,分析影响该群体口腔健康的相关因素。方法参照WHO(1997年)《口腔健康调查基本方法》及临床口腔疾病诊断标准,对2012年华北地区1680名报考军队(武警部队)国防生上站体检考生的口腔健康状况及相关因素进行调查。结果 1680名考生牙结石、牙龈炎、龋病、釉质发育异常、牙缺失、牙面异常、颞颌关节紊乱病、口腔黏膜疾病的检出率分别为37.80%、11.31%、1.96%、2.20%、2.32%、17.80%、1.90%、0.18%;其中不同户籍及性别考生牙结石检出率、不同性别考生牙龈炎检出率、不同户籍考生牙面异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);每天刷牙1、2、3次者百分率分别为37.56%、58.04%、4.40%,不同户籍及性别考生每天刷牙次数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论牙结石、牙面异常、牙龈炎是该地区国防生生源口腔健康的主要问题,增强口腔保健意识、做好口腔保健、重视口腔疾病的早期治疗对提高考生的口腔健康水平极其重要。Objective To investigate the oral health status in examinees of national defence students of the mili- tary （armed police） in North China in order to analyze related factors of oral health status in this groups. Methods The oral health status and related factors in 1680 examinees of national defence students of the military （ armed police） in North China were investigated by using the basic approach of oral health investigation and the clinical diagnostic criteria of mouth diseases. Results Detection rates of calculus dentalis, gingivitis, dental caries, enamel dysplasia, tooth loss, dentofacial anomaly, temporomandibular disorder （TMD） and oral mucosal disease in 1680 examinees were 37.80% , 11.31% , 1.96% , 2.20% , 2.32% , 17.80% , 1.90% and 0.18% respectively; there were significant differences in detection rate of dental calculus of different census register and gender, in detection rate of gingivitis of different gender, and in detection rate of dentofacial anomaly of different census register （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; ratios of brushing teeth for once, twice and three times a day were 37.56% , 58.04% and 4.40% respectively, and there were significant differences in ratios of brushing teeth time of different census register and gender （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The main mouth problems in this area are calculus dentalis, dentofacial anomaly and gingivitis in examinees. It is important in improvement of the oral health status in examinees by enhancing oral health care consciousness, preventing oral health and thinking highly of early therapy of mouth diseases.
