摘　　要：差异化战略是国有商业银行的一项重要竞争战略,近年来得到广泛的实施。根据波特竞争理论,差异化战略是一个系统体系,包含多种微观策略要素。差异化战略体系的解析是国有商业银行深化差异化战略实施机制的有效手段。基于国有商业银行差异化战略的实践,经验性的研究揭示了国有商业银行差异化战略体系的微观运作机制,从而为国有商业银行充分发挥优势战略要素的功能、并改进劣势战略要素的不足提供了现实性的理论借鉴。The differentiation strategy is an important competitive strategy of state - owned commercial banks. It is widely implemented in recent years. According to Porter~ competitive theory, the.differentiation strate- gy is a systematic system that contains a variety of micro - strategy elements. Analysis of differentiation strategy sys- tem is the valid method deepening differentiation strategy implementation mechanisms. Based on the practice of dif- ferentiation strategy, empirical research may reveal the micro operation mechanism of state - owned commercial banks differentiation strategy system, which may provide realistic theory reference for state - owned commercial banks to give full play to the function of advantage elements and improve the insufficient of weakness elements.
