摘　　要：卓越人才培养计划为未来人才培养提出了新的目标。民办高校作为我国高校队伍中的重要组成部分,要利用自身优势和资源,合理设定人才培养目标、系统制定人才培养方案、具体实施"卓越人才"培养计划,以培养出具有强竞争力的卓越人才。The plan of training out - standing engineers proposes new objectives for future engineers. As an impor- tant part of higher education, the private colleges should apply their own advantages and resources, set reasonably the objective of talents cultivation, make systematically the plan of talents cultivation, and implement the plan of training out - standing engineers, in order to train outstanding talents of high competitiveness.
