摘  要:目的研究心脑宁口服液对D-半乳糖致小鼠亚急性衰老模型血浆、肝匀浆和脑匀浆MDA水平的影响。方法取体重18~21 g小鼠72只,雌雄各半,随机分为6组,每组12只(雌雄各半);1组为空白对照组,另5组建立D-半乳糖亚急性衰老模型,每天颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖(生理盐水配成5%,注射量为0.25 ml/10 g体重);然后1组服脑安片混悬液,3组按大、中、小剂量服用心脑宁片混悬液,1组灌服生理盐水。最后测6组的血浆,肝、脑匀浆的MDA水平。结果心脑宁片组对小鼠D-半乳糖衰老模型血浆、肝匀浆和脑匀浆MDA水平的降低作用优于脑安片。结论心脑宁片对小鼠模型有明显的抗衰老作用。Objective To study the influence of Xinnaoning oral liquid on D-galactose-induced subacute aging model homogenates MDA levels in plasma, and liver, brain. Methods The 72 mice of 18-21 g were randomly divided into 6 groups, 12, each group, among which 5 groups were made as D-galactose-induced subacute aging model, i. e daily given with cervical subcutaneous injection of D galactose (5%, the injection capacity of 0.25 ml/10 g) so as to make the sugar metabolism in aging model; then, one group was administered with suspension of Naoan tablet suspension, another 4 groups with larger, mid-, smaller dosage of Xinnaoning Pian suspension. Finally, their MDA levels in plasma and liver, brain tissue were detected. Results Homogenates decreased levels of MDA role of Xinnaoning tablet on D-galactose mouse model in plasma and liver, brain was superior to Naoan Pian (tablet). Conclusion Xinnaoning tablet has obvious antiaging effect.
