摘　　要：随着高校办学规模不断扩大,生源素质参差不齐,近年来,留降级学生人数在各高校呈现逐年递增之势。对留降级学生的教育与转化,成为高校教育工作者共同关注的问题。通过内蒙古某高校蒙古语授课留降级学生的特征及成因,提出了几点可行的管理方法和措施。With the increasing expansion in scale of colleges and universities in China, more students of various qualifications get enrolled. Recently, there＇s the trend for the number of repeater and degradation students to increase year byyear. Teaching and helping these repeater and degradation students to keep up have become the common concern of teachers and staffs in colleges and universities. The author of this paper analyzes the characteristics of the repeater and degrada-tion students taught in Mongolian in a university in Inner Mongolia,probes into the causes of their failure, and proposes several feasible means and measures for the management and solutions of relevant issues.
