摘 要:近年来,对于白血病治疗有一些研究进展,但白血病仍然是不能有效治愈。新观点认为这与存在药物抵抗的少量恶性细胞有关,这些细胞同时拥有自我更新和分化为大量白血病细胞的能力。这些白血病启动细胞通常被叫做白血病干细胞(leukemia stem cells,LSCs)。LSCs被认为是白血病起源及其治疗后复发的根源。因此,当前白血病治疗研究正集中于寻找特异性消灭白血病干细胞的治疗策略上。本研究将对于白血病干细胞的靶向治疗策略及其新进展作一综述。Despite recent advances, treatment of leukemia is often not curative. New insights indicate that this may be attributable to a small population of therapy-resistant malignant cells with self-renewal capacity and the ability to generate large numbers of more differentiated leukemia cells. These leukemia-initiating cells are commonly referred to as leukemia stem cells (LSCs). LSCs are regarded as the root of leukemia origin and leukemia recurrence after seemingly successful therapy. Not surprisingly therefore, contemporary leukemia research has focused on ways to specifically eliminate LSCs, leading to the identification of several promising anti-LSC strategies. In this review, we will discuss the rationale for these LSCs-targeted strategies and highlight recent advances.
