胃癌组织中Survivin和DcR3基因的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中Survivin和DcR3基因的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测50例胃癌组织及其对应的50例正常胃黏膜中Survivin、DcR3 mRNA的表达情况。结果胃癌中Survivin、DcR3 mRNA的阳性表达率均明显高于正常胃黏膜组织(均P<0.01),二者的表达水平在胃癌中呈正相关(P<0.01);Survivin、DcR3 mRNA的表达水平均与胃癌的组织分化程度、淋巴转移、TNM分期有关(均P<0.05)。结论联合检测Survivin和DcR3有助于判断胃癌预后,可能是临床评价胃癌恶性程度的重要指标。Objective To investigate the expressions of Survivin, DcR3 mRNA in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with clinical and pathological characteristics. Methods The expressions of Survivin, DeR3 mRNA in 50 specimens of gastric carcinoma and its corre-sponding 50 specimens of normal gastric mueosa were examined by reverse transeription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）. Results The positive rates of Survivin, DcR3 mRNA in gastric carcinoma were all significantly higher than those of the normal gastric mucosa. There were significant differences （ all P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the expressions of them had positive correlation in gastric carcinoma（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expressions of Survivin, DcR3 mRNA were all well associated with histological differentiation, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Combined detection of Survivin and DcR3 may help determine the prognosis of gastric cancer, and may be the important index for the degree of malignancy of gastric cancer in clinical evaluation.
