上海地区标准舌侧弓形的研究

摘　　要：目的通过对上海地区正畸矫治完成后模型的测量分析制作上海地区标准舌侧弓形模板,为临床弯制舌侧弓形提供参照,探索一种拟合弓形的方法。方法测量拔除上下颌双侧第一前磨牙和不拔牙正畸矫治后模型(各30副)得出牙弓的宽度和长度,测量值进行统计分析,将测量结果输入MATLAB6.1和Plotviewer软件分别拟合出拔牙和不拔牙牙弓的标准舌侧弓形。结果得到上海地区拔除双侧第一前磨牙和不拔牙牙弓的上下颌标准舌侧弓形图。结论标准舌侧弓形模板可应用于临床,作为弯制弓丝时的参考;舌侧弓形存在种族地区差异性;本方法可制作个体化舌侧弓形。Objective To obtain the standard lingual arch form in order to provide references while bending wires in clinic in Shanghai and to find a method of tracing arch form. Methods 30 casts of orthodontic patients with non-extraction therapy and 30 casts of orthodontic patients with extraction of bilateral first premolar were measured in arch widths and depths. The measured data was analyzed by statistical methods, then was input to the MATLAB6.1 and Plotviewer curves drawing program, which traced the lingual arch form for extraction and non-extraction cases separately. Results The standard lingual arch forms in Shanghai of detal arch with non-extraction and with extraction of bilateral first premolar were obtained. Conclusions The standard lingual arch form could be used in clinics as reference for bending wires. There＇ re ethnic, regional differences in characteristics of lingual arch form. Meanwhile, the method of this study could be used to trace the individual lingual arch form in orthodontic therapy.
