摘　　要：颗粒细胞瘤(GCT)是一种罕见的软组织肿瘤。在45540例胃镜检查患者中仅发现1例食管黏膜下GCT,描述了内镜下、光学显微镜下所见,并探讨GCT的诊断和治疗方法。Granular cell tumor （GCT） is rare soft tissue tumors. We found only one case of GCT of esophageal mucosa in 45 540 patients undergoing gastroscopy. In the report, we described the finding in the endoscopic and light microscope, and studied the diagnostic method and treatment.
