摘　　要：目的检测RhoGDI2、PAK2在胃癌患者中的表达状况,评价其与胃癌临床病理特征的相关性,评估RhoGDI2、PAK2在胃癌侵袭、转移中的临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学技术(EliviSionTM二步法)检测103例胃癌标本中RhoGDI2、PAK2的表达。结果胃癌组织中RhoGDI2和PAK2蛋白表达阳性率分别为72.82%、60.19%;RhoGDI2和PAK2在胃癌中的表达与胃癌分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移个数、有无远处转移和TNM分期密切相关,RhoGDI2和PAK2的表达呈正相关。结论胃癌组织中RhoGDI2、PAK2的表达与胃癌侵袭、转移病理特征密切相关。RhoGDI2与PAK2可能共同参与调节胃癌的侵袭、转移过程。Objective To detect the situ expression of RhoGDI2 and PAK2 in patients with gastric cancer and their correlation with elinicopathologieal characteristics of gastric cancer, and assess the clinical significance of RhoGDI2 and PAK2 in the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistoehemistry （EliviSion two-step） was used to detect the expression of RhoGDI2 and PAK2 in 103 cases of gastric cancer specimens. Results The positive rates of RhoGDI2 and PAK2 in gastric cancer were 72.82% and 60.19% , respectively. The expression of RhoGDI2 and PAK2 were related with tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, the number of distant metasta- sis and TNM stage in gastric cancer. There was positive correlation between the expression of RhoGDI2 and PAK2. Conclusion The expression of RhoGDI2 and PAK2 are closely related with the invasion and metastasis and pathological features of gastric cancer. RhoGDI2 and PAK2 may he involved in regulating the process of invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
