摘　　要：目的探讨TMX基因在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达是否存在差异。方法胃癌组织石蜡标本及癌旁正常组织各20例,将肿瘤组织和对应的切缘癌旁正常组织放置于同一张载玻片上,采用免疫组化方法,利用IPP 6.0软件进行半定量分析,研究TMX基因在胃癌组织中及手术切缘癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,并比较两组是否存在表达差异。结果 TMX基因在胃癌组织及癌旁正常组织有表达,在胃癌组织的表达量明显低于癌旁正常组织(0.14±0.03 vs 0.19±0.05,P<0.01)。结论 TMX基因在胃癌组织与癌旁正常组织中存在表达差异,TMX基因可能参与胃癌的发病。Objective To investigate the differential expression of TMX in gastric cancer and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues. Methods Twenty paraffin specimens of gastric cancer and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues were selected, the gastric cancer tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues were put together on one slide, and the immunohistochemistry method was adopted. Results TMX gene expressed both in gastric cancer tissues and the corresponding adjacent normal tissues. The expression of TMX in cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in corresponding adjacent normal tissues （0.14 ± 0.03 vs 0. 19 ± 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion TMX may take part in the incidence of gastric cancer.
