摘 要:目的寻找结肠癌术后原位复发患者的特异性生物标志物。方法采用SELDI-TOF-MS技术(表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱)对比分析30例结肠癌术后原位复发患者和30例结肠癌术后无复发患者的血清蛋白质谱,用Biomarker Wizard软件分析获得的蛋白质谱。结果结肠癌术后原位复发组与结肠癌术后无复发组有9个蛋白峰差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中有2个蛋白峰(7 731.3 D和8 266.5 D)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),这2个蛋白峰在结肠癌术后原位复发患者中高表达,在结肠癌术后无复发患者中低表达。结论这2个蛋白峰有可能成为预测结肠癌术后原位复发患者的特异性生物蛋白标志物。Objective To find specific biomarkers of colon cancer patients with recurrence. Methods SELDI-TOF-MS was used to read the serum protein fingerprintings of 30 colon cancer patients with recurrence and 30 colon cancer patients without recurrence. Biomarker Wizard software was utilized to analyze the distinct protein peaks. Results 9 differentially expressed proteins in serum were screened by analysis of proteomic spectra of colon cancer patients with recurrence and colon cancer patients without recurrence. Among them, two protein peaks (7 731.3 D and 8 266.5 D) had significant difference. The protein peaks were up-regulated in colon cancer patients with recurrence. Conclusion The two protein peaks may be specific biological protein markers to predict colon cancer patients with recurrence.
