摘　　要：2012年我国卫生部和中国残疾人联合会联合发布了《全国防盲治盲规划（2012—2015年）》，这是在我国进一步全面深入地推动防盲治盲工作，实现2020年前根除可避免盲这一宏伟目标的重要文件。在《全国防盲治盲规划（2012-2015年）》中明确了防盲治盲工作的社会属性，正确地分析了我国当前防盲治盲的形势，提出今后四年中我国防盲治盲的指导思想、工作原则、工作目标和内容，以及落实《全国防盲治盲规划（2012-2015年）》的保障措施。眼科机构的领导者和眼科医师应当认真学习和实践《全国防盲治盲规划（2012-2015年）》，争取我国防盲治盲工作取得更大的进展。The National Plan for the Prevention of Blindness（2012--2015 ） issued by Ministry of Health and China Disabled Person Federation last year is an important procedure for further promoting the prevention of blindness and reach the great goal for eliminating the avoidable blindness by 2020 in China. The Plan clearly describe the social nature of the prevention of blindness, correctly explain the current situation for prevention of blindness in China, put forwaM the guidance idea, working principles, goals and contents, and the guarantee measures in the next four years in the prevention of blindness in China. The leaders in ophthalmology and ophthalmologists in China should learn and practice the Plan for the more progress in the prevention of blindness.
