摘　　要：患儿,男,14岁,主因反复鼻出血12年,生长发育迟缓5年余入院.入院后检查发现患儿肝脾肿大、肝功能轻度异常、空腹血糖低,经肝穿刺活检确诊为肝糖原累积病.肝糖原累积病临床少见,早期诊断及合理治疗对本病预后非常重要.A 14-year-old male patient was admitted due to recurrent epistaxis for twelve years and growth retardation for more than five years. Physical examination revealed that he had hepatosplenomegaly, mild liver function abnormalities and fasting hypoglycemia. He was diagnosed with hepatic glycogen storage disease by a liver biopsy. Glycogen storage disease is a rare clinical entity whose prognosis greatly relies on early diagnosis and reasonable treatment.
