激光透明带削薄技术对冻融胚胎移植临床结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨激光透明带削薄技术对冻融胚胎移植(FET)临床结局的影响,并分析不同年龄段患者临床结局的差异。方法回顾性分析603例FET周期,根据胚胎移植前是否行激光透明带削薄,分为辅助孵化组(AH组)与非辅助孵化组(非AH组),并分别按年龄段分为<35岁组及≥35岁组,观察AH对冻融胚胎的着床率、临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率及多胎率的影响,并比较不同年龄段的临床结局差异。结果 AH组与非AH组的着床率、临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率及多胎率分别为26.5%vs.26.8%、46.8%vs.41.7%、6.8%vs.3.8%、36.8%vs.34.9%及24.4%vs.29.3%,其中AH组的着床率、临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率与非AH组的差异均无显著性差异(P>0.05);<35岁组及≥35岁组的着床率与临床妊娠率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用激光透明带削薄技术并不能改善FET的临床结局。Objective： To investigate the effects of laser-assisted zona thinning technique on the clinical outcomes frozen thawed embryo transfer（FET）. Methods： The data of 603 patients after FET were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into assisted hatching （AH） group and none-AH group according to whether underwent laser-assisted zona thinning. Then the two groups were subdivided into 〈35 years group and ≥35 years group according to their age. The rates of implantation, clinical pregnancy, abortion, live birth and multiple pregnancy were statistically analyzed. Results： The rates of implantation, clinical pregnancy,abortion rate,live birth and multiple pregnancy in two groups were 26.5% vs. 26. 8%, 46. 8% vs. 41.7%,6.8% vs. 3.8%,36.8% vs. 34.9%,24.4% vs. 29.3% respectively. There were no significant differences in the rates of implantation. The clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in AH group were higher than those in none-AH group,but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： The results suggest that laser-assisted zona thinning technique has no beneficial effect on implantation and clinical pregnancy outcomes of FET.
