摘　　要：随着辅助生殖技术的发展,卵母细胞捐赠项目在世界各地取得了一定的进展。然而由于文化差异及国情状况不同,各国对于卵母细胞捐赠尚无统一实施标准。目前,卵母细胞捐赠项目实施过程中的技术难题已基本得到解决,但其引发的伦理争议也随之而来。本文就卵母细胞捐赠发展现状、临床应用、伦理争议及未来前景展望等方面做出归纳总结,综述如下。With the development of assisted reproductive technology,oocyte donation project around the world has made some progress. However, due to different cultural context and national conditions and status, there are no uniform criteria for implement among different countries. At present, the oocyte donation techniques have basically been resolved, but it triggers dramatic ethical controversy. This paper summarizes the issues about development, clinical application, ethical controversy as well as future prospects in treatment of oocyte donation.
