碧兰麻对牙髓麻醉效果的临床验证

摘　　要：目的　验证碧兰麻对牙髓麻醉的效果及安全性。方法　对 31例患者的 33颗患牙进行局部粘膜下浸润麻醉 ,电测牙髓活力反应及治疗中检测牙髓麻醉效果 ,观察副作用。结果　上颌牙齿及下颌前牙牙髓麻醉完全及良好率为 10 0 % ;下颌后牙牙髓麻醉完全及良好率为 35 .7% ;对血压、心率无影响 ;未发生副作用。结论　碧兰麻是一种安全、有效的口腔科专用的局部麻醉剂 。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Primacaine on pulpal anesthesia.Methods Primacaine cartridge which contain 1.7 ml of 4% articaine with 1:100000 epinephrine were administered to 33 teeth from 31 subjects by local infiltration anesthesia.The teeth were tested by maximum output (80/80) from the electric pulp tester,clinical analgesia was then tested by performing endodontic procedures.Results 100% the maxillary teeth and mandibular anterior teeth showed satisfactory anesthesia.While in the mandibular premolar and molar teeth, 35.7 % had clinical analgesia.No significant changes of blood pressure and pulse were found during the whole process.No side effects were attributed.Conclusion Primacaine is an efficient and safe local anesthetics which could be used to replace block injection.
