食管鳞状细胞癌组织中多药耐药基因蛋白表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中多药耐药基因蛋白 (mdr 1)的表达及其对食管癌患者预后的影响。方法　应用免疫组织化学法 ,抗耐药基因蛋白单克隆抗体标记耐药基因蛋白。结果　多药耐药基因蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达率为 32 .9% ,在正常组织中无表达 ;耐药基因蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、侵袭深度及分化程度无明显相关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,和癌症患者的术后生存时间呈明显负相关 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　食管鳞状细胞癌组织中耐药基因蛋白的表达可作为判断肿瘤患者预后不良的重要指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between the exprossion of multidrug resistance gene protien(mdr 1)and the prognosis of patients with esophageal cancer.Method Forty four specimens were studied by immunohistochemistry method.Results Postive expression of mdr 1 is 32.9%,no expression in normal tissues.The expression of mdr 1 correlated with the poor prognosis of patients.The patients'living time after operation is 11.70± 7.89 and 26.50±10.61 months in the positive and the negative(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of mdr 1 may be a useful parameter in predicting the prognosis in patients with esophageal cancer.
