摘 要:采用刺吸电波(Electrical penetration graph,EPG)技术和视频观察解析了绿盲蝽在人工饲料模型上的刺吸取食行为与对应的波形关系。共计获得绿盲蝽在食物模型上的4种取食波形:口针刺入、口针搅动、口针上下抽动、口针拔出,未观察到非刺探波形。研究结果可为明确绿盲蝽寄主取食行为机制提供理论参考。The relationship between sucking behavior of Apolygus lucorum ( Meyer - Dtir) on artificial diet model and corresponding electrical penetration graph (EPG) waveforms was explored by the EPG tests and video observation. Observations on artificial diet model revealed that four waveforms correlated with feeding behavior: stylet thrusting into artificial diet, movement in any direction away from the stylet insertion point, stylet rapidly and repeatedly protracted into and partially retracted from the artificial diet, and withdrawal of the stylet from the artificial diet. Non - probing waveform was not observed in this experiment. The results mentioned could provide a theoretical basis to clear the host feeding behavior mechanisms of A. lucorum.
