摘  要:工科院校文科专业就业状况直接影响着学校整体就业状况,创新工科院校文科专业就业工作机制,对提高学校整体就业率,促进高校各个专业健康协调发展有着重要意义。文科专业在工科院校专业格局中处于弱势地位、获得的就业机会偏少、毕业生缺乏针对性指导是工科院校文科专业毕业生就业难的主要原因。通过全员参与、搭建平台、系统指导、全程服务、心理辅导等有效措施,全面改进工作方法,创新工作机制,能够切实增强文科专业毕业生就业竞争力,有效提升高校就业工作水平。The employment situation of the liberal arts graduates in engineering colleges will directly impact the whole employment status.So it's of high significance to innovate the mechanism of the employment for the liberal arts graduates in the engineering colleges, in which way we can improve the overall employment rate and balance the developments of all the majors in the college. Liberal arts majors in engineering colleges are in a weak position, because they have less employment opportunities and lack the targeted career guidance.Many effective measures can be adopted, such as full participation, platform building, systematic guidance, full service, psychological counseling and so on. By carry out the overall improvement of the working methods and innovation mechanisms, itcan effectively enhance the employability and competitiveness of the liberal arts graduates and promote the employment work in a college.
