摘　　要：本文从我国市场经济体制的基础———国内统一市场入手 ,从市场主体、市场客体、市场规则三方面分析了地方保护主义对我国国内统一市场形成所产生的影响和制约。The thesis focus on the study of the basic point of the market economy——national unified market, analyzing from the three aspects ( the market principal part, the market object and the market rules ) the threatening and restriction of the regional protectionism to the formation of the national unified market in China.
