摘　　要：信息化社会使计算机网络得到了普及,但是网络世界是开放的、没有国界的,所以其安全性也是很低的,尤其是对于青少年和互联网区域分布结构等方面的缺陷。重点介绍互联网存在的缺陷和应对这种缺陷而做出的措施。the information society makes computer network has gained popularity, but the network world is open without borders, so its security is very low. Especially for youngsters and Internet defects of regional distribution structure, to make a long story short. This paper key introduce defects on the Internet in and respond to this defect and make measures.
