广州市某精神病专科医院护士抑郁状况与特质应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 调查精神科护士抑郁状况及应对方式,对其影响因素进行分析,为采取有效的措施改善精神科护士心理健康提供科学依据.方法 采用方便抽样方法,选取200名精神科护士,通过中文版Zung抑郁自评量表及特质应对方式量表进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关性分析对护士抑郁状况及应对方式的相关性进行分析,并对其抑郁状况及其影响因素进行回归分析.结果 共发放调查问卷200份,有效回收问卷192份,有效回收率为96％.精神科护士的抑郁自评量表总均分为（47.46±10.04）分,显著高于国内常模的（41.88±10.57）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=7.713,P＜0.01）.精神科护士积极应对维度总均分为（29.10±13.73）分,显著低于国内常模的（30.26±8.74）分,两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=-1.16,P＜0.05）.精神科护士的抑郁检出率为24.4％,护士的抑郁程度与积极应对方式呈正相关,差异具有统计学意义（r=-0.44,P＜0.01）.年龄、性别及积极的应对方式是护士抑郁程度的影响因素（r值分别为-6.39,2.75,2.50;P ＜0.05）.结论 精神科护士抑郁情绪与其消极应对方式密切相关.构建护士积极的应对方式有助于降低精神科护士抑郁情绪发生率.Objective To investigate and analyze the psychiatric nurses＇depression,trait coping style and their influential factors,and to provide the scientific evidence for formulating the general intervention to improve the psychiatric nurses＇mental health.Methods A total of 200 psychiatric nurses were investigated with general state questionnaire,Zung＇s self-rating depression scale-Chinese version （SDS-C）,and trait coping style questionnaire（TCSQ） by using the convenience sampling method.The datas were analyzed by t-text,Pearson correlation method,single factor analysis and multiple stepwise regressions using SPSS 13.0.Results A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed and 192 valid questionnaires were returned,resulting in a response rate of 96％.The average score of SDS in psychiatric nurses was significantly higher than that in the national norm [（47.46 ± 10.04） vs （41.88 ± 10.57）],the difference was statistically significant （t =7.713,P ＜ 0.01）,and the average score of the positive coping dimension of the TCSQ in psychiatric nurses was significantly lower than that in the national norm [（29.10 ± 13.73） vs （30.26 ± 8.74）],the difference was statistically significant （t =-1.16,P =0.024）.The positive rate of depression in psychiatric nurses was 24.4％.The positive coping style was negatively correlated with the severity of depression（r =-0.44,P ＜ 0.01）.Factors influencing the total score of SDS of psychiatric nurses were the positive coping style,sex and age （r =-6.39,2.75,2.50; P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The depression of psychiatric nurses are significantly correlated with their coping style.Positive coping style can help reduce the incidence of depression in psychiatric nurses.
