“心中有患者”优质护理服务链对慢性阻塞性肺病患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨“心中有患者”优质护理服务链对慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者生活质量的影响.方法 选择100例COPD患者实施“心中有患者”优质护理服务链,即践行“三贴近”,开展“345”关爱患者行动,建立“护理指导手册”,实行“三化一体”健康教育,开展“护士长五查房”,护理服务延伸服务到社会、落实患者安全目标.患者出院后,由专人家庭跟踪随访3个月.采用慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量量表（SGRQ）比较优质护理服务链实施前后患者生活质量的改善情况.结果 优质护理服务链开展前COPD患者生活质量总分（67.98±14.85）,3个月后生活质量得到改善,总分降至（39.69±15.27）分,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义（t=15.010,P＜0.01）.结论 实施“心中有患者”优质护理服务链可促使COPD患者生活质量明显提高.Objective To study the effect of high quality care chain named ＂patients in heart＂ on the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Methods Totals of 100 cases with COPD were received high quality care chain named ＂patients in heart＂,which including practiced the ＇three close ＇,carried out the ＇345 ＇caring for patients action,established nursing instruction manual,implemented ＇three in one＇health education,carried out ＇matron five search room＇,nursing services extended service to the community and to arrive the goals of patient safety.They were followed-up lasts 3 months.The scale of SGRQ was used for survey before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,the total score of the quality of life of COPD patients was （67.98 ± 14.85）,after the intervention 3 months,that score was （39.69 ± 15.27）,and the difference was statistically significant （t =15.010,P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusions The implementation of high quality care chain named ＇patients in heart＇improves the quality of life of patients with COPD.
