摘　　要：本文探讨了企业制度与企业环境经济行为之间的必然联系 ,剖析了企业产权制度、利润分配制度、企业组织、企业价值观及企业工作流程等制度要素对企业环境经济行为的影响。This article probes into the inevitable link between commercial systems and the performance of commercial ecological economics. The paper goes on to analyze the system of commercial property rights, profit distribution system, commercial organizations, and the concept of commercial value. Also the processes of commerce and its affect on the performance of commercial ecological economics.
