摘　　要：文章首先对国外社区照顾的居家养老模式及国内虚拟养老院实践模式进行了分析。然后,在分析宁波市建立虚拟养老院的必要性和可行性的基础上,结合理论和国内外的经验,提出建立普惠型的养老服务体系,建立统一的为老服务评估机制,制定虚拟养老院长效发展政策,明确虚拟养老院的服务对象、内容和方式等。First, foreign community home endowment mode and domestic virtual nursing home care patterns are analyzed. Then, based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of establishing virtual nursing home in Ningbo city, on the basis of the combination of theory and experience at home and abroad, the suggestions are put forward, such as to establish a universal type endowment service system, to establish unified for the aged service evaluation mechanism, to plan virtual nursing home long-term development policy, clear the virtual nursing home service object, content.
