摘  要:目的根据儿童青少年人群身体特点,遵循青少年身心生长发育的规律,结合运动健身的目标任务,通过理论分析和实验验证对儿童青少年健身效果评价过程中关键技术进行探讨与研究,为建立科学的儿童青少年运动健身效果评价体系奠定基础。方法以西安市1 121名中小学生为对象,采用4种具有不同健身目标的健身方案对健身锻炼效果评价指标、评价方法进行验证性实验。结果 10周力量健身方案实施前后,初中男生俯卧撑成绩提高幅度最大为47.36%,高中男生为36.8%。但体质综合总分提高幅度仅仅为0.9%,P>0.05。结论国家体质健康综合评价标准评价健身效果时,几乎没有区分度,单个指标目标评价健身效果的方法更能客观反映健身的效果。这样对个体更有针对性,评价结果更客观,能够激发青少年儿童参与运动健身的积极性。Objective In order to construct the constitution evaluation system, research was carried out for the methods of the exercise effect evaluation by the way of the theory analysis and empirical study, in this study, according for both the teenager whole characteristics and the aim of the exercise. Methods The objects are 1 121 students in Xian. Four empirical experi- ments are provided with for different objects were carried out for ten weeks. Results Ten weeks strength fitness plan before and after implementation, junior high school boys push - ups performance increase was the most was 47.36% , high school boys is 36.8%. But a synthetically score increase was only 0.9%, P 〉 0.05. Conclusions Ngtional physical health com- prehensive evaluation standard evaluation fitness effect, almost no difference between degrees, a single index goal evaluation fitness effect method can more reflect objectively fitness effect. So to individual more specific, evaluation resuhs more objective can stimulate teenage children to exercise.
