摘 要:胰腺癌是一种胰腺原发恶性肿瘤疾病。由于其早期的症状较少,患者确诊时往往病情已较为严重,并且预后较差,1年及5年生存率都较低,是威胁人类健康的重大疾病。NF-κB(核因子κB)是广泛表达于各类动物细胞中的转录因子,在免疫应激中扮演重要角色,其异常表达可导致免疫系统异常疾病及肿瘤的发生。本文对NF-κB信号在胰腺肿瘤治疗中的应用与前景作一综述。Pancreatic cancer belongs to a malignant neoplasm derived from the tissue cells of pancreas. Owing to the less obvious symptoms on the early stage, pancreatic cancer is always not diagnosed until it is advanced. Because of the survival rate of both one and five years is very poor, this disease has become a severe challenge to the health of human being. Nuclear factor-KB (NF-KB) could be found in almost all types of tissue cells and it plays an important role in the immune response, hnproper expression of NF-KB is always observed in inmmne disorder and cancer occurrence. This paper will review recent development of the application and potential of NF-KB signal on the pancreatic cancer.
