摘　　要：临床病理讨论会应形成制度化、规律化的管理模式,医院应根据讨论目的和对象的不同,合理选择病例,鼓励开展多种模式的临床病理讨论会,既能达到培养临床思维能力,汲取临床诊治经验和教训,提高诊治水平的目的 ,又能有效地促进多学科合作,使其成为专科医师专业化培训的基地。Clinical pathological conference should form institutionalization, regularize management mode. Hospital should select cases reasonably according to different aims and objects. Carrying out a variety of modes of clinical pathology conference can not only improve clinical thinking ability, draw lessons and experiences of diagnosis and treatment of clinical, raise the level of diagnosis and treatment, but also effectively promote the multidisciplinary cooperation, make it a specialist professional training base.
