摘  要:目的 探讨卵巢癌组织阿片肽结合蛋白/细胞黏附分子(OPCML)mRNA表达水平的变化及其意义.方法 收集53例卵巢癌组织、57例卵巢良性肿瘤组织和43例正常卵巢组织,采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测OPCML mRNA表达.结果 卵巢癌组织、卵巢良性肿瘤组织和正常卵巢组织OPCML mRNA相对表达水平分别为33.8±32.3,147.4±134.1及476.9±306.3.三组间OPCML mRNA相对表达水平差异有统计学显著性意义(P〈0.001 ).不同年龄组、不同病理分型的卵巢癌组织OPCML mRNA表达水平差异无统计学显著性意义(P〉0.05),而临床分期与卵巢癌组织OPCML mRNA表达水平密切相关(P〈0.05).临床分期越高,OPCML mRNA表达水平越低,其中Ⅲ+Ⅳ期患者卵巢癌组织OPCML mRNA表达水平与I期卵巢癌组织相比明显降低,差异有统计学显著意义.结论 OPCML mRNA表达下调可能在卵巢癌发生、发展中起重要作用,其有望成为卵巢癌诊断新的生物标志物,同时OPCML mRNA表达水平可以作为评价卵巢癌恶性程度的参考指标之一.Objective To explore the change and clinical significance of the expression level of opioid binding protein/cell ad- hesion molecule-like (OPCML) mRNA in tissues of patients with Ovarian cancer. Methods 53 ovarian cancer tissues,57 o- varian benign tumor tissues and 43 normal ovarian tissues were collected, mRNA expressions of OPCML were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results The relative expression of OPCML mRNA in ovarian cancer tissues,o- varian benign tumor tissues and normal ovarian tissues were 33.8±32. 3,147.4±134.1 and 476.9±306, respectively. There were significant difference in these three groups (P〈0. 001). OPCML mRNA levels was significantly associated with lower pathological stage (P〈0.05), but not with different age groups and histopathological classification (P〉0. 05). Conclusion Down-regulation of expression of OPCML mRNA may play an important role in process of ovarian cancer,and it could be a new biomarker for early detection and judging malignant degree in ovarian cancer patients.
