口腔颌面肿瘤患者血浆FBG，D-二聚体和FDP的检测及其意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨血浆纤维蛋白原（FBG）,D-二聚体（D-D）和纤维蛋白（原）降解产物（FDP）含量的变化水平与口腔颌面肿瘤疾病的相关性.方法 检测44例口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者（术前）和30例恶性肿瘤（术后）化疗患者、50例口腔颌面良性肿瘤患者的血浆FBG,D-D和FDP含量.45例健康体检者作为正常对照组.结果 口腔颌面恶性肿瘤组血浆FBG,D-D和FDP含量水平分别为：3.88±1.14 g/L,1.76±1.58 mg/L和5.55±2.14 mg/L,均高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,其中血浆D-D,FDP含量水平均高于良性肿瘤组0.62±0.44 mg/L和4.36±1.16 mg/L（P〈0.05）;恶性肿瘤（术后）化疗组,经治疗后血浆D-D,FDP含量分别为：0.87±0.73 mg/L和4.04±1.20 mg/L,低于恶性肿瘤组（P〈0.05）,但仍高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）;口腔颌面良性肿瘤患者血浆FDP含量为：4.36±1.16 mg/L,高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）.四组血浆FBG,D-D和FDP的方差值分别为：5.222,17.742和24.986,其组间方差分析结果比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 对口腔颌面肿瘤患者定期进行血浆FBG,D-D和FDP的检测,有重要的临床应用价值,可为口腔颌面部肿瘤的疗效观察和预后判断提供有效的参考指标.Objective To discuss plasma fibrinogen （FBG） ,D-dimer （D-D） and fibrin degradation products （FDP） （original） content changes in the level and the correlation of oral and maxillofacial tumor. Methods Used clauss solidification theory method and the immune turbidimetry to detect plasm FBG. D-D and FDP of 44 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor （preoperative）,30 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor （postoperative） chemotherapy group and 50 cases of oral and maxillofacial benign tumor patients. 45 eases was as normal control group. Results Normal control group, benign tumors, malignant tumors and malignant tumors （postoperative） chemotherapy group between the four groups of plasma FBG,D-D and variance value of FDP were：5. 222,17. 742 and 24. 986,the three test items between the mean of four groups was statistical significant （P〈0. 05）. Oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor group FBG,D-D,the FDP levels were： 3.88± 1.14 g/L, 1.76 ±1.58mg/L and 5.55±2.14 mg/L. Compared with normal control group,it was higher than normal control group,and there was statistical significant （P〈0.05）. The plasma D-D, the FDP levels of malignant tumors group were higher than in benign tumor group（0.62 ± 0. 44 mg/L and 4. 36±1.16 mg/L, P〈0.05）. Malignant tumor postopera- tive chemotherapy group,the plasma D-D after treatment, the FDP content had decreased （0.87 ± 0.73 mg/L and 4.04± 1.20 mg/L respectively）,below the malignant tumor group, but still higher than normal control group. The group of com- parison difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）;Oral and maxillofacial benign tumor patients plasma FDP content was 4.36 ±1.16 rag/L, compared with normal control group, there was statisticaly significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To test plasma FBG,D-D,the FDP in patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor, have important clinical application value, but for oral and maxillofacial tumor curative effect observation and prognosis judgment i
