我国二级医院护理工作状况的综合评价

摘　　要：目的调查我国不同地理区域二级医院护理工作状况差异,为相关护理政策制订、区域间护理人力资源配置等提供依据。方法运用综合评价对我国二级医院护理工作状况进行评价,采用问卷调查法对我国7个地理区域的936名二级医院护士长进行调查。结果华北、华东地区护理工作状况最好,西南、东北、华南地区次之,华中、西北地区最差。结论各地理区域护理工作状况差别较大,相关护理政策的制订与具体工作的开展等应考虑区域差异。Objective To investigate the differences of nursing working status in second class hospitals in different geographic areas,so as to make suggestions for formulating policies and human resources allocation among regions.Methods Totally 936 head nurses from 198 second class hospitals in seven geographic regions were investigated,and the nursing working status in second class hospitals were synthetically evaluated.Results The nursing working status in North China and East China were the best,followed by the Southwest,Northeast and South China,while Central China and the Northwest were the worst.Conclusion Nursing working status in different geographic areas varied greatly and these differences should be taken into account when formulating policies and carrying out new working.
