摘　　要：目的：探讨CEA、CA199、CA724、CA242对胃癌诊断的敏感程度及四者联合应用在胃癌诊断中的价值。方法：选取40例胃癌患者作为胃癌组，35例胃良性病变作为良性组，40例健康者作为对照组，检测血清中CEA、CA199、CA724及CA242四项肿瘤标志物，并进行统计学对比。结果：胃癌组四项标志物数值及阳性率明显高于良性组及对照组（P0.05）。结论：CEA，CA199，CA724，CA242联合检测诊断胃癌阳性率、灵敏度及准确性高，可以作为辅助诊断指标。Objective：To investigate the value of CEA, CA199, CA724, CA242 on the sensitivity of diagnosis of gastric cancer and the combination of the four methods in the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods：40 cases of gastric cancer patients as a group of gastric cancer, 35 cases of benign gastric lesion as benign group, 40 healthy persons as control group, serum CEA, CA199, CA724 and CA242 four tumor markers were detected and compared.Results：The levels of four markers in gastric cancer group and the positive rate were significantly higher than that in benign group and the control group （P0.05）.Conclusions：The positive vate, sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection of CEA,CA199,CA724 and CA242 in diagnosis of gastric carcinoma is high. So this joint detection can be used as the auxiliary diagnostic indexes.
