既有地下空间暗挖加层关键技术及其在城市轨道交通中的应用

摘　　要：研究了一种软土地质条件下对既有地下空间进行暗挖加层的设计与施工方法。即:利用结构顶板作为天然盖板,将整个地下结构托换后向下逐步暗挖完成地下结构的加层。其具有不需进行大开挖、不影响地面交通、无需管线搬迁、节省工程投资等特点,尤其适用于在城市中心区域将一层地下结构暗挖改造成地下二、三层结构。可以为改善轨道交通车站规模和换乘方式、住宅小区车库扩容等项目提供新的解决方案,是一种城市地下空间二次开发的设计施工新工艺,在国际上属于首创。The construction technology of excavation in the existing underground space to add deeper story in soft soil is introduced. In which the structure top slab is used as the cover plate, then the added story is completed after the whole underground space is underpinned. This technology has many distinguishing features： with no need to cut a large area openand move too many pipelines, having less impact on the ground traffic and saving construction cost, etc. Besides, this technology is especially applied to trans- form one-floor substructure to two or three-floor structure in urban center, which can improve the rail transit station scale and transfer mode, provide a new solution for prob- lems like the expansion of a residence community under- ground garage, etc. This new construction technology for the secondary development of urban underground space is firstly innovated in the world.
