摘　　要：还原法溶解羊毛的溶剂往往由多个不同功能的试剂组成。介绍了不同还原法溶解体系的溶解工艺及与其相应的角蛋白溶液的应用。不同的还原法溶解体系有其各自的优缺点,对比得出,本研究采用的TCEP/亚硫酸氢钠溶解体系最为理想,不仅溶解时间合理,而且溶解率高,分子量较大。不同溶解体系制备的角蛋白溶液在应用性能上有很大的差别,应用的研究都集中在角蛋白的织物整理、纺丝和成膜方面。Reduction method is the main method of dissolving wool, solvents often consist of different functional reagents. The dissolving methods and application of the keratin solution based on corresponding solution systems are introduced. Different dissolution systems of reduction method have their respective advantages and disadvantages. The TCEP/sodium sulfite adapted is the most ideal dissolution system. Not only the dissolution time is reasonable, but also the dissolution rate and molecular weight are higher. The keratin solutions which dissolved with different dissolution systems have a very big difference in the application performance. Application researches are focused on the keratin fabric finishing, spinning and film aspects.
