摘 要:以准池及其周边铁路构成的铁路网络为研究对象,采用层次分析法,运用模糊决策原理,基于机车数、机车效率、乘务员工作时间、投资金额、与货流的关系等考虑因素,构建了准池及其周边铁路机车交路比选计算方法。将传统的列表定性分析评价转化为定量计算,克服了传统列表评价方法无法定量的缺点。计算结果表明,这一方法得出的推荐机车交路与传统方法得出的推荐机车交路一致,该方法也可用于其它铁路线路或铁路路网的机车交路比选研究,具有一定的适用性和通用性。In this paper, in the case of the railroad network consisting of the Zhun-Chi railroad and the surrounding railroads, we used AHP and fuzzy decision principium to establish a method of crossroad comparison and selection for the locomotives along the railroad on the basis of factors such as number of locomotives, locomotive efficiency, steward working time, investment amount, relationship with the cargo flow, etc., which turned the traditional qualitative analytic method into a quantitative calculating method and overcome the shortcoming of the traditional table-based evaluation method for its inability in quantification. The result of a numerical example showed that this method could yield locomotive intersection recommendations consistent with those by the traditional method and was of certain applicability and generality.
