摘　　要：针对我国高校大学生创新能力培养的实践教学现状,构建了一个面向物流专业、能够贯穿各个培养环节的实践创新体系。重点探讨了分类培养、课内课外相结合、校内校外相结合、理论实践相结合的实践创新模式,并提出了"三基地、二规范、一保障"的物流专业大学生实践能力的人才培养模式。In this paper, we established a logistics specialty oriented innovated practice system that flew through the various links in the cultivation process, studied with emphasis the innovated practice system that incorporated class-based training, combination of in-classroom and outside-of-classroom education, of on-campus and off-campus education, and of theory with practice, and at the end, implemented the talent training model oriented at the practical competence of logistics major students which included three bases, two regulations and one support.
