MMP-9、TIMP-1及E-cad在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的阳性表达,以及上皮型钙黏附蛋白(Ecad)的异常表达与肺腺癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测31例肺腺癌标本中MMP-9、TIMP-1及E-cad的表达水平。结果 31例肺癌组织中,MMP-9和TIMP-1的阳性表达率及E-cad的异常表达率分别为70.9%、54.8%和67.7%。MMP-9和TIMP-1的高表达及E-cad的异常表达在有无淋巴结转移的情况下有差异(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05)。不同病理学分级之间E-cad的异常表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而MMP-9、TIMP-1的阳性表达率在肺腺癌不同分级间无统计学差异。结论 MMP-9、TIMP-1及E-cad的异常表达与肺腺癌侵袭转移密切相关,可能用于肺腺癌的临床预后的诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9 ,TIMP-1 and E-cad in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with the clinical pathology. Methods The expression of MMP-9 ,TIMP-I and E-cad was analyzed with immunohistochemistry staining in lung ad-enocarcinoma tissues from 31 patients. Results The positive expression rate of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 ,and abnormal expression rate of E-cad were 71.0% ,54.8% and 67.7% respectively, among the 31 analyzed lung adenocarcinoma samples. Statistical significance was ob-served in expression of MMP-9 ,TIMP-1, and E-cad between patients with or without lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.01 ,P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0. 05 ,respectively）. The abnormal expression of E-cad was statistically different between patients at stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅱ ,while there was no statistical difference in MMP-9 and TIMP-1 expression. Conclusion MMP-9,TIMP-1 and E-cad are substantially associated with the metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma, which may be used for clinical prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
