摘　　要：目的探讨牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复前牙冠残根残冠的临床疗效研究。方法对该科30位患者52颗冠根折、根折前牙进行修复,随机分为两组,实验组采用牙冠延长术联合玻璃纤维桩修复方法,对照组采用牙龈切除术联合玻璃纤维桩修复方法,经过电话随访、定期复查等方式,获取牙周指数及使用寿命等数据来评价疗效。结果通过2年的随访,实验组数据明显优于对照组,两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论牙冠延长术联合纤维玻璃桩在修复前牙残根残冠方面能够取得满意的近远期效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of crown lengthening surgery combined with glass fiber post on residual root and crown of anterior tooth. Methods Fifty-two teeth of 30 cases who performed prosthesis for residual root and crown of anterior tooth were assigned randomly into two groups, the experimental group adopted objective crown lengthening surgery combined with glass fiber post and the control group used gingivectomy combined with glass fiber post. Through telephone follow - up survey, periodic reexamination and re- admission, the parameters of periodontal index and longevity were reviewed and analyzed. Results According to the 2 years＇ clinical ob-servation, the experiment group＇ s periodontal index and longevity were superior to the control group＇ s （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Crown lengthening surgery combined with glass fiber post was satisfactory with recent effect and long - term clinical effect on residual root and crown of anterior tooth.
