摘 要:目的比较阳离子交换层析法、胶乳增强法及酶法三种测定糖化血红蛋白的方法。方法对阳离子交换层析法、胶乳增强法及酶法测定糖化血红蛋白的精密度、相关性进行比较。结果阳离子交换层析法、胶乳增强法及酶法的低值批内CV值分别为2.26%、3.35%和3.84%,高值批内CV分别为1.57%、2.38%和2.88%;低值批间CV分别为3.06%、3.78%和7.99%,高值批间CV分别为2.06%、2.91%和4.72%。以阳离子交换层析法作为对比方法,乳胶增强法与酶法线性方程式分别为Y=1.060 1X+0.069 4,r=0.998;Y=1.021 4X-0.108 5,r=0.989。结论三种方法具有较好的可比性,但胶乳增强法更简便、价廉,值得广大医院推广使用。Objective To compare three measurement methods of HbAlc. Methods HbAlc was measured by ion exchange chromatog- raphy (IEC), Latex enhanced and enzymatic measurement, and comparison was made in precision and correlation among the three meth-ods. Results The reproducibility test results showed that the low inter-CV of IEC, Latex enhanced and enzymatic measurement were 2. 26% ,3.35% ,3.84% respectively and the high intra-CV of IEC ,Latex enhanced and enzymatic measurement were 1.57% ,2.38% ,2. 88% respectively. The low inter-CV of IEC ,Latex enhanced and enzymatic measurement were 3.06% ,3.78% ,7.99% respectively and the high intra-CV of IEC, Latex enhanced and enzymatic measurement were 2.06% ,2.91% ,4.72% respectively. We obtained of the re-gression equation: Y = 1. 060 1X + 0.069 4, r = 0.998 ; Y = 1. 021 4X - 0. 108 5, r = 0.989 ( yl = Latex enhanced ; y2 = enzymatic meas-rement;x = IEC). Conclusions Latex enhanced measurement is a simple, rapid, accurate measurement method of HbA1 c for clinical diagnosis ,which is worthy to be Used widely in hospitals.
