摘　　要：[目的]探讨护士妊娠相关焦虑与先兆流产的关系,为有效降低先兆流产寻找干预方法。[方法]应用妊娠相关焦虑问卷、状态-特质焦虑问卷,对260名已有婚育史的护士进行调查,对妊娠相关焦虑与先兆流产的关系进行分析。[结果]护士先兆流产的发生率较高,达到38.8%,远高于普通人群的发生率;妊娠相关焦虑和孕期自我关注与先兆流产显著相关,回归分析表明孕期自我关注是先兆流产的高危因素。[结论]在孕期压力管理中要注重妊娠相关焦虑的干预。Objective：To probe into the relationship between pregnancy related anxiety and threatened abortion,so as to find out intervention methods for effectively reducing the threatened abortion.Methods：The pregnancy-related anxiety questionnaire and state-trait anxiety questionnaire were used for investigating 260nurses who had obstetrical history,then to analyze the relationship between pregnancy related anxiety and threatened abortion.Results：The incidence of threatened abortion in nurses was higher,reached 38.8%,which was much higher than that in the general population;pregnancy related anxiety and self attention during pregnancy were significantly correlation with threatened abortion,regression analysis showed that the self-attention during pregnancy was risk factor of threatened abortion.Conclusion：Intervention of pregnancy related anxiety should be paid attention to in pregnancy stress management.
