摘 要:近年来,由于物价涨势较高,居民的切身感受同国家统计局公布的CPI数值产生偏差,各界人士对CPI的关注度达到了空前的高度。在总结与回顾中国CPI编制理论与现实差异的基础上,从不同层面多方位讨论了中国CPI目前面临的主要问题,并在此基础上提出中国CPI改革和发展的主要方向。引起公众对CPI质疑的原因主要来自三个方面:消费者对CPI编制框架和理论的不理解、CPI编制现实条件的约束和限制、平均意义的CPI指数并不能代表不同阶层对物价变化的感受,由此造成了消费者感知差异。In recent years as the price is higher, the residents" feelings have a deviation from the CPI value released by the national bureau of statistics. In such circumstance, people from all walks of life are paying unprecedented attention to the CPI. Based on the summary and review of China's CPI compiled theory and differences between reality and the theory, this paper will discuss the current major problems of China's CPI from the different levels and in all dimensions. Followed by the first part, we will put forward the main direction of the reform and development of Chings CPI. The reason that the public doubt the CPI can be analyzed from three aspects. Firstly, the consumer fails to understand the theoretical framework of CPI. Secondly, compiled realistic conditions of CPI are constrained and limited. The last but not the least, the meaning of average CPI index does not represent the consumers" perceived differences that are caused by the price changes.
