摘　　要：目的　了解促性腺激素释放激素激动剂 (GnRHa)对子宫肌瘤细胞内凋亡调控基因Bcl- 2 /BaxmR NA表达的影响。方法　应用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)法测定 12例经GnRHa治疗的子宫肌瘤内Bcl-2 /BaxmRNA水平 ,并以 2 1例未用药子宫肌瘤作对照。结果　GnRHa治疗者子宫肌瘤内Bcl- 2 /BaxmRNA比值较对照组显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论　子宫肌瘤内Bcl - 2 /BaxmRNA比值的下降继而诱导细胞凋亡可能是GnRHa治疗子宫肌瘤的分子机制之一。Objectvie\ To study the effects of GnRHa on expression of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in uterine leiomyoma.Methods\ The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in leiomyoma of 12 GnRHa-treated and 21 GnRHa-untreated patients were determined by RT-PCR.Results\ The ratio of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA in leiomyoma of GnRHa-treated patients was significantly decreased than that of control group.Conclusion\ The descent of Bcl-2/Bax mRNA ratio which can induce cell apoptosis may be one of the important molecular mechanisms in regression of GnRHa-treated leiomyoma.
