英国高校个人导师制探究——兼论对我国高校的启示

摘　　要：英国高等教育中的个人导师制是英国各类大学普遍推行的重要制度。个人导师由教师或研究人员担任,具有学业支持与生活关怀的双重功能,可为学生提供学业发展、专业发展、生活关怀和社会发展等方面的服务。我国高校可借鉴个人导师制对现行的辅导员制度和班主任制度进行尝试性的改革。Personal tutoring is an important and popular system in UK＇s Higher Education.Academic staff acts as personal tutor,targeted at academic support and pastoral care.Personal tutors can help students in academic development,professional development,pastoral care and social development.We can make use of the experience of personal tutoring to tentatively reform the system of counselor and class adviser in universities of China.
