摘  要:目的通过对公立医院中层管理者问卷调查,分析当前我国医院院长职业化建设的问题与原因。方法定量与定性相结合,抽样调查和统计武汉市173名医院中层管理者对院长职业化认知情况,通过文献分析深入挖掘深层次问题与原因。结果多数中层医院管理者了解并支持院长职业化,但认为难度较大;倾向于临床与管理复合型院长,主张通过医院自主公开招聘选拔院长,不愿意放弃临床工作。结论改革公立医院管理体制,对现任院长职业化再造,完善院长管理绩效考核和薪酬分配制度。Objective To analyze the problems and the reasons of the public hospital director professionalization in China through questionnaire survey of hospital middle managers. Methods The quantitative and qualitative methods were com-bined, 173 hospital middle managers were selected to conduct a survey on their attitude and cognition of the hospital di-rector professionalization. Then potential problems and reasons were dug out by literature review. Results Most hospital middle managers know and support hospital director professionalization but think it's not easy. They prefer those directors who know both clinical and management well, and hope the directors are selected by hospital itself through open recruit-ment. Conclusion Public hospital management system should be reformed, the current director professionalzation be re-designed, and hospital management performance appraisal and salary distribution system be reformed.
