综合应用碘油、化疗药、明胶海绵介入治疗晚期宫颈癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用碘化油、化疗药、明胶海绵介入治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法 :1996 -0 6～ 2 0 0 0 -0 3月 ,6 0例晚期宫颈癌分为两组 ,每一组 30 ,综合应用碘化油、化疗药、明胶海绵介入治疗组。首先注入 5 -Fu水化药 ,然后注入 3联化疗药加超液化碘油悬浮液 ,最后注入明胶海绵颗粒栓塞。第二组 30例放射治疗组。结果 :综合应用碘化油、化疗药、明胶海绵介入治疗组 ,30例中 2 4例症状完全缓解占 80 % ,4例明显缓解占 13 .3 % ,2例中度缓解占 6 .6 7% ;2 3例肿块完全消退占 76 .6 7% ,4例肿块缩小大于 5 0 %以上占 13 .33 % ,3例肿块缩小 5 0 %以下占 10 % ,2 6例Ⅱ期手术切除占 86 .6 7%。而放射治疗组 ,症状完全以及明显缓解共 2例占 6 .6 7% ,肿块完全以及明显消退为 0。胃肠道反应、血白细胞两组无明显差异。统计学处理有显著差异。结论 :综合应用碘化油、化疗药、明胶海绵介入治疗晚期宫颈癌是一种增加Ⅱ期手术切除率。Objective:To study the clinical effect of interventional therapy with lipiodol chemical medicine and gelatin spongefor in terminal cervical carcinoma.Methods:60 cases of terminal cervical carcinoma were divided into 2 groups.Group one (30 cases)was treated with intervention of chemical medicine,lipiodol and gelatin sponge.Group two (30 cases)was treated with radiation therapy.Results:In group one,symptoms for 24 cases were relieved completely(80%),4 cases were relieved obviously(13.3%),and 2 cases were relived partially.Of those tumour masses of 23 cases were disappeared(76.67%),4 were shrinked more than half(13.33%) and 3 were shrinked less than half(10%) 26 cases were accepted Ⅱ phase operations(86.67%).In group two,symptoms of 2 cases were relieved completely or obviousy(6.67%),but tumour masses remaine the same.There were no differenceds of gastrointestinal reactions and WBC counts in two groups.Conclusion:It is an efficient method of increasing the su rvival rate and less side effect for terminal cervical carcinoma treated by intervention of chemical medicine,lipiodol and golatin sponge.It can increase the opportunity of Ⅱ phase operation.
